This is spicy bengal gram recipe cooked in light spice. It is a very easy simple and delicious fried item for memons community.

Ingredients
Directions
    1. First of all boil split Bengal gram and when it gets boiled chopped it.
    2. Now fry onion till it gets light brown then adds ginger garlic paste and stir it.
    3. Now add minced meat.
    4. Start adding salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, all spices powder, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves.
    5. Mix the mixture properly. Now add chopped split Bengal gram and tamarind juice in the mixture .Mix the mixture properly till 10 mins.
    6. When the mixture gets cold.
    7. Make small balls from it.
    8. Now for its frying you have to prepare plain flour paste.
    9. Take plain flour and add salt and baking powder in it and make a concentrated paste.
    10. Now fry the balls by dipping it in the paste.
    11. Deep fry the balls.
    12. In this way chana puree is ready to eat.
    13. Entirely different in taste and just in 45 min you will be able to eat this mouth watering dish.
