This is spicy bengal gram recipe cooked in light spice. It is a very easy simple and delicious fried item for memons community.

- First of all boil split Bengal gram and when it gets boiled chopped it.
- Now fry onion till it gets light brown then adds ginger garlic paste and stir it.
- Now add minced meat.
- Start adding salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, all spices powder, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves.
- Mix the mixture properly. Now add chopped split Bengal gram and tamarind juice in the mixture .Mix the mixture properly till 10 mins.
- When the mixture gets cold.
- Make small balls from it.
- Now for its frying you have to prepare plain flour paste.
- Take plain flour and add salt and baking powder in it and make a concentrated paste.
- Now fry the balls by dipping it in the paste.
- Deep fry the balls.
- In this way chana puree is ready to eat.
- Entirely different in taste and just in 45 min you will be able to eat this mouth watering dish.
