- Mix red chillies, turmeric and salt in gram flour, add little water to prepare a thick mixture.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry little boondis from the mixture. Remove.
- Mix yogurt, water and salt in a bowl, add boondis.
- Serve delicious raita sprinkled with green chillies, spring onions and chaat masala.
