- Wash okra nicely, dry it and cut it from both sides.
- Then cut okra from one side and make the pocket.
- Cut onions in small slices.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, pomegranate seed powder, all spice powder, salt and 4 tablespoon oil, mix well and make thick paste.
- Now fill this masala in okra.
- Fry onion in oil until they becomes soft.
- Now add filled okra, cook on low heat for five minutes and stir continuously.
- Sprinkle all spice and lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
