- Wash the fish and cut into small 1 inch pieces.
- Now coat fish with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder and leave it for twenty to twenty five minutes.
- Make batter with chickpea flour, carom seeds, salt and water.
- Dip fish pieces into batter and leave for fifteen minutes for marination.
- Heat oil in skillet pan, fry fish pieces until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve with lemon wedges.
