- Marinate chicken for two hours with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, half brown onion, half cup oil, all spices and chopped green chilies.
- Boil rice with 2 tablespoons salt and whole spices till half done.
- In a pan spread chicken mixture, spread with half boiled rice, sprinkle top with remaining brown onion, remaining oil and chopped coriander leaves.
- Drizzle milk dissolved with saffron and kewra.
- Cover pan with tight fitted lid, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
- Hyderabadi kachi biryani is ready to serve.
