This is great mince meat cutlets recipe prepared with potatoes and beef mince, mostly served in Ramadan. Try this vege spicy recipe in iftar as snacks at home.

- First of all boil beef minced by adding 1 tablespoon salt, crushed red chili, red chili powder, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste and 1/2 cup water.
- When it gets boil and water gets completely dry.
- Then add onion, green chili, all spices powder and again dry the water and then add butter in it.
- Boil potatoes. Place potatoes in a large bowl.
- Mash potatoes with a large fork or masher until lumps removed.
- Now add 1 tablespoon salt and black pepper in it and mix the potatoes mixture.
- Take small quantity of mashed potatoes and place cooked beef minced in centre of potatoes and make round shape cutlets.
- Now take 2 eggs add corn flour, little salt and black pepper in it and beat them.
- Now first dip it in egg then cover it with bred crumbs.
- Now shallow fry it in a frying pan till it becomes golden brown.
- In 30 minutes you can make a very delicious and crispy cutlets which are easy to prepare and delicious to eat.
