- For Filling: Boil minced beef by adding salt, crushed red chili, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste.
- When it gets boiled and water gets completely dry.
- Then add onion, green chilies, coriander and mint leaves and mix it and again dry the water.
- For Dough: Add clarified butter, flour and salt in a bowl.
- Then gradually add water and knead to make dough.
- Knead well and then make "D" shape samosa patti.
- Now make samosas and spread filling.
- Minced meat samosas are ready for serving.
